Service Technician
A plumbing service technician is responsible to perform all aspects of plumbing service with limited supervision. He or she can diagnose and repair all common household plumbing problems and limited commercial plumbing problems. Technicians must possess full knowledge of sewers, drains, camera inspections and locates of lines. Technicians must be able to complete after hours/emergency service calls without supervision. Technicians must be capable of operating and maintaining the inventory and appearance of a boxed service truck. Must possess a good driving record and be eligible to obtain a Class E driver’s license.

HVAC Service Technician
Similar to a plumbing service tech, our HVAC techs install and service HVAC equipment.

Helper/Junior Plumber
We find value in people who like to learn new skills in a new trade. If you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting (not to mention working in all types of climate conditions), apply to be a junior plumber.  You will learn from the best of the best and may have the opportunity to advance into the Service Tech position in no time at all.

Customer Service Representative
The primary responsibilities of a customer service representative include answering the phones, scheduling appointments and directing calls to the appropriate office personnel or technicians. Customer service representatives are also responsible for maintaining and updating service agreement customer files, posting invoices, general filing duties, hand-writing thank you notes to customers and light cleaning in the office areas.
Dispatcher
The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling the calls on the dispatch board according to location, priority and technician availability. Completing all calls on the schedule by the end of the day is of utmost importance. The dispatcher calls customers to notify them of their place on the job list and to let them know the technician is on the way to their location. Dispatching also includes closing calls and entering invoice information in the computer. Contact to the customer is also made by the dispatcher if approval to do the work is needed. Other duties may include calling in utility locates for dig jobs and miscellaneous office duties.

Office Administrator/Accounting
The Accounting/Office Administrator oversees all areas of the office. S/he is responsible for all bookkeeping aspects of the business, including accounts receivable transactions, accounts payable transactions, deposits, reconciliation of accounts, preparing reports and information for tax purposes, etc. S/he also oversees payroll. S/he is also responsible for overseeing the performance and schedules of office employees as well as all other aspects of the office, including computer work stations, phones, supplies, etc.

Warehouse Runner/Manager
General duties of the warehouse manager include restocking miscellaneous inventory, vehicle restock, verification of shipment counts, maintenance of proper minimum/maximum stock levels as set by the owner, maintain vehicle maintenance, truck inspections and washing, and downloading GPS statistics. S/he is responsible for checking in and placing received items into the warehouse inventory from vendors. In addition, the warehouse manager may act as a parts runner and assistant to technicians on the jobsite.
Warehouse Supervisor
The warehouse supervisor oversees the maintenance of proper minimum/maximum stock levels as set by the owner. S/he verifies counts and prices on shipments and updates pricing as items are placed in inventory. The warehouse supervisor orders parts from inventory sheet and assists in product and material research for techs. S/he also determines the price and availability of products. Proper computer maintenance of the warehouse is kept by the warehouse supervisor, as is regular inventory inspections of the service trucks.
